We are committed to creating accurate cost estimates, while ensuring the quality of design and materials.  At ADCON, we use current information about costs of materials, labor, and equipment from current published cost data and from ADCON’s and the Client’s cost records.  We also keep track of construction activities to ensure all possible cost savings and to monitor budget status.  Revisions to these estimates can be prepared at any phase of a project, as may be deemed advisable.
